Description

There're 2 Units. 4 townhouses in each. One day, I was there to visit someone on a rainy day. The parking lot was flooded(where I circled in yellow)and there is no drainage. So, I had to park on the grass on the other side. Residents would be parked down towards the entrance. There are assigned parking spots. Some residents would be parked in someone else's parking spot.
This has been an ongoing issue for a long time. I don't know if someone there had reported about the issue of flooding in the parking lot. Thanks
