Description

On 15th southbound approaching the intersection with Constitution, the center lane is marked straight only. The right turning lane is blocked by vendor trucks until a few yards from the intersection, so only a few cars can fit in the turning lane. This results is: very few cars turning in each light cycle, backup in the center lane by right-turning cars waiting to get into the turning lane, illegal turns from the center lane. The solution is simple -- allow right turns from the center lane as well!
