We recently purchased an investment property at 103 Risley Rd. The property is very run down. A neighborhood eyesore and completely filled with junk. We, utilizing local contractors will be cleaning it out, removing and replacing the roof, all doors and windows. The interior will be brought up to current guidelines and updated. Landscaping will be done in the effort to upgrade the neighborhood. Our purpose for this writing is awareness of our intentions and a call to action for any neighborhood assistance that you may have.
