    An unhoused person has set up camp at this intersection, building up debris and blocking sidewalk access. In addition, there is a couch propped up vertically which can fall over at any time.

    On Tuesday 5/7/24 City picked up the balance of the garbage after two members of the community had taken away two truck load of the garbage on 5/6/24. They swept the area and put the other remaining garbage in a neat pile and the city picked up on 5/7/24 but they left about 20 to 25 car/truck tires behind.. Many blessings to the two community people who went above and beyond. Can the tires be picked up?

    Seriously fix this pothole. It was first reported in Feb 2024 and there have been subsequent reports. It is now deeper estimate 4+ inches and over 12x12 inches in size. It is hard to avoid, especially if you can swerve into the oncoming traffic lane.

    one of the dryers in the laundry room is emitting carbon monoxide into the non-ventilated basement. i contacted the new landlords about this issue previously and they claimed to fix it, but the issue persists. i believe they tried to fix it on their own to cut costs but are clearly not trained professionals. i would attempt to notify them again, but have already been facing harassment from them from other maintenance requests i've made. (selecting electrical defects below because there are no directly relevant options to carbon monoxide)
