    Need to have a crosswalk here as people are very used to slowing down at this red light. As a runner and pedestrian in the area I have seen many people almost run over trying to get from one side of the sidewalk to the next. The red light here is almost unnoticed.

    Can not turn left out of our office complex. Round-a-bout possibility? Slowing traffic speeds should help. Or putting the stop light on a timer at capital towers. Currently it is only trip sensitive when a car approaches.
