说明
License plate number PA 185 . This red Chrysler has been sitting on the street with expired inspection stickers 4/11 for well over a month and a half. It's been almost two months and it wasn't even moved for the block street cleaning. This car is not owned by the residents of the block and is taking up spots where the residents should be able to park.

In order to enter a service request for an abandoned vehicle, the Police Dept. requires the following: the color make and model, the license plate number and state, the condition of the vehicle, if anything is broken or missing, if the vehicle is drivable, how long the vehicle has been there, and the police district. This information is needed for each vehicle.
A vehicle which is inoperable (e.g., missing or flat tires),
hazardous (broken glass), has expired registration, and/or a
expired inspection sticker will be considered to have been abandoned.
If a vehicle meets the criteria of an abandoned vehicle,
then and only then will it be towed.
Thank you. mb
