The branches of the tree in front of this property are hanging over the roof. 1. The leaves and twigs constantly fall onto the roof and cause damage to the roof and gutters. 2. Animals which have access to the roof via the over hanging branches also cause significant damage to the roof. These damages are COSTLY to repair and occur frequently. 3. The over hanging branches are also hazardous if they were to fall and potentially injure people inside the house. It would be much appreciated if this was taken care as soon as possible as this has been going on for quite some time. Thank you.
