I would like to clarify that I believe the OP is asking for a left turn signal for the traffic turning west onto 64th from northbound Lowell. There is a turn lane for cars there, but no left turn signal.

Additionally, the left turn signal that is already present for traffic turning north onto Lowell from eastbound 64th barely lets three cars through in its cycle. Countless cars run this light due to the short timer it has. It would be great to have the timer on that light extended by a few seconds.

I am not happy with the apt's there. And will not be looking forward to any more changes that include more apts at this location.
