I noticed the status of this reported issue has not yet been changed from "Open" to "Acknowledged". Usually, our city acknowledges issues within several days from the date it was reported.

This issue was reported 212 days ago (July 15, 2023). It looks like this one might have slipped through the cracks. Every once in a while, that happens. You might want to report it again or start making phone calls or sending emails.
