According to city code (§313-47), property owners are responsible for keeping their properties maintained with regards to lawn and litter. DGS staff will inspect the property for any violations. If violations are found, the property owner will be notified and given ten business days to rectify any violations. After ten business days, DGS will re-inspect the property for compliance. If the property is still in violation, DGS will schedule a cleanup of the property and the owner will be billed. Please note that due to the high volume, these requests may take up to two weeks or more for DGS to clean.

Maybe she should type a letter to irresponsible homeowners in our neighborhood who allow their tenants to throw trash everywhere.

I tried contacting GR on Facebook and got yelled at for using her personal page and then she blocked me. That immediately told me exactly who she was. She and the rest of the irresponsible leadership that has allowed our city to be trashed.
