Thank you again for your concerns and reporting of this. The contractor went out on 3/5 to look at the issue and stated everything seemed to be in order. I called them this morning and asked if they could go out at the specific times stated in your request.

Thank you for the reply, I would love to meet with the contractor to point out the issues. I believe the "Green Arrow" to go East on 64th from Lowell South bound should be short, and a new "Green Arrow" should be installed to go West onto 64th while going North on Lowell (currently there is not one).
