The city needs to step up repairing these ongoing issues affecting the community.
The broken window theory is essential in maintaining and monitoring urban environments to prevent small crimes such as vandalism, public drinking/drug use, and homeless encampment waste helps to create an atmosphere of order and lawfulness, thereby preventing more serious crimes from happening.
It's time that we take back our city for its law abiding citizens and tourists.
