Description
The properties at 495 Orange Street and 35 Eld Street have lights that are creating a nuisance for their neighboring property at 41 Eld Street. I have not been able to contact the abutting property owners. Does anyone have the number for the properties owned by Bill Esposito?

Q. Is the problem blight (trash, etc) outside, or is it a problem with the building (illegal use, housing code violation, etc)?

Good luck getting the city to do anything about it. I tried for years - no response.
Try talking to the property owner, or buy a pellet gun and take the light out yourself; you can say you were trying to scare off some pigeons, but you missed...

LCI - you have the ability to enforce zoning violations if I am correct. Please don't pass the buck. My neighborhood's LCI person wouldn't stop until the issue was resolved.
LCI has more pull with zoning than the average citizen.
To the reporter- contact the building department and stay on them about having them fined. There is a city ordinance that allows for fines, again can't understand why LCI is passing this one off???
