Description

A metal plate was placed in the road in the middle of the night a month ago to cover a sink hole. It was secured with temporary asphalt and is somewhat loose. This is a busy road and the plate is still there. It is raised above grade and causes a lot of difficulties for vehicles and noise for the surrounding homes. Could the sinkhole be addressed and the plate can be removed?
