There are always beer cans, cups, empty food containers and items of trash strewn about this property, within the fence and outside of it in this property. The couches were in the back yard for some time, but they have dragged them to the street.

Front yard is filled with trash including discarded oyster shells from last fall. Fence and small retaining wall is in poor condition and rocks from it are often on the sidewalk.

The couches are now gone
