Following up that this issue has not been addressed.
There is now a water leak in the block that is causing a large "moat" of standing water in the curb gutter in front of our house - a real mess. The water dept has been advised and expected to stop the leak this week.
If this happens during freezing weather, it will cause an extremely dangerous condition.

The water leak at the meter was repaired by the City yesterday (loose washer at the meter per the engineer). However we now (still) have a large moat of water, and now mud, along the street curb in front of our property from the nearly month long leak into leaves etc.
Requesting that the city clean the debris and mud from the curb gutter and street caused by the water leak so we may access our property from the street.
