Sidewalks Ouvert902 E Jones St Raleigh, NC 27601, USA - North CentralThe vacant lot on the corner of Jones and Seawell is someone's favorite spot for smashing bottles. There is new broken glass all over the sidewalk on the Jones St side of the lot on an almost daily basis. The sidewalk on the opposite side of Jones St is inconsistent so this is where everyone walks. The glass is a big safety hazard for dogs and children.
