I need a sidewalk on the side of my house it's on the corner of Nottoway Avenue and MacArthur Avenue. Mine is the only one out of the four corner homes that does not have a sidewalk on both sides. I am disabled and have been asking the city for a sidewalk since I purchased this home. We also need cut outs on all four corners here to allow wheelchair access
