I took a video and many pictures of water now flowing into our garage due to the misdirection of the stormwater. It’s very clear that the drains are not picking up the water and it’s flooding our yard and home. We have debris everywhere, mud and muck flowing from the city lot, through our yard, into my neighbor’s yard. Please address this situation immediately. I’m going to give you 72 hours to respond with a plan if you don’t respond I’m going to be contacting an attorney. I have tried to contact the city many times and now you are giving me and my neighbors no other choice but to take legal action. My home is flooding from the city’s lack of attention to maintenance. This is ridiculous.
